SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Transit: Orders placed will ship the following Monday via USPS. Domestic shipping only. All orders include tracking unless otherwise specified.

Packaging: Items are carefully packaged for safe transit. USPS insurance covers damage during shipping.

Delivery & Lost Packages: Once USPS confirms delivery, the customer is responsible for the package. For lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, claims must be filed directly with USPS.

Damaged Items: Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. While claims must be filed with USPS for insurance purposes, customers who report damage within this window may request a 20% discount code toward a future purchase under $100. As all items are one-of-a-kind, replacements are not available.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing [your email]. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and safe packaging. Items must be unused and returned in the same condition as received, with no evidence of wear or damage.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving and verifying the returned item's condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.

Order Acceptance & Payment: Payment is charged at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Product Variations - Handmade Items: All handmade ceramics are one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in glaze color, size, texture, and finish are inherent to the handmade process and are not grounds for return. Each piece's unique characteristics are part of its charm.

Product Variations - Vintage Items: Vintage items are sold as-is. Any visible defects, wear, or flaws will be noted in listing photos and descriptions to the best of our ability.

Product Use & Care: Handmade pottery (non-vintage) is food safe and dishwasher safe. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions.
